Refund & Cancellation Policy

Anjuman-e-Najmi, Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat is a Trust, which allows the booking of halls at fixed rates.

 

Once the hall is booked, it can only be cancelled one month prior to the event date for which a 100% refund shall be provided to the parties.

If a cancellation request is placed within one month of the date of the event, no refund shall be provided to parties.

The hall can be cancelled last minute/ without prior information only in the event of a natural calamity, event of the passing away of a first family member, cancellation initiated by Anjuman-e-Najmi or any impositions levied by the local government.

An extension or change in the date of the event shall be allowed at no extra costs given that the hall is available and vacant for booking on that particular day.

All the matter is settled by the Anjuman-e-Najmi Jamaat office, Vasai Road.
